Restore peace and harmony with yoga and natural therapies

"Welcome. I invite you to join me on a path of healing and transformation through Yoga"

My spiritual name is Yogamaya, a name I received along with my personal mantra at Rikhiapeeth Ashram in Bihar, India. Yogamaya is a sacred name that represents the spiritual power that unites the soul with the Divine. It means the energy of yoga; the sacred union that dissolves illusion.

Receiving this name was more than a ritual; it was an awakening. A call to remember my dharma and to serve from the heart, guiding others toward truth, inner freedom, and transformation.

Since then, Yogamaya is not just a name, but a way of walking the spiritual path. It is also the name I have chosen for this space of practice, where yoga becomes a tool for healing, loving discipline, and awakening.

Everybody is welcome, every story has a place, and every breath can be a prayer.

Karma Yoga Offering

In honor of Yogamaya, every Thursday I dedicate two hours to offer free yoga and healing treatments for elderly people or anyone with physical challenges or disabilities. I have worked with many people who needed adapted yoga or therapeutic support, and I know how deeply these practices can help.

If you or someone you know would benefit, please feel free to contact me. We will arrange a time on Thursday that is convenient for both. This space is open with love, without cost, and without judgment—an offering of service from the heart. Families and caretakers are also welcome to reach out on behalf of a loved one.

About My Yoga Teaching

My teaching is intended for students who have already committed deeply to their yoga practice; those who have worked with āsanas for a significant time and have purified their body and mind through discipline and conscious living.

I welcome students who:

Have an established personal yoga practice, beyond beginner level
Have cultivated inner silence and calmness through their practice
Are sincere, dedicated, and ready to go deeper beyond the physical body
Understand that yoga is a path of self-purification, not just exercise

Because my sessions focus on deep inner exploration and surrender, I only work with students who are already prepared to enter this sacred space, students who have already begun the journey inward and are committed to continuing it.

If you are ready to move into the subtle realms of yoga, working with presence, stillness, and soul evolution; I invite you to join me in a one-to-one session, where together we will explore the essence of yoga.

Testimonials

I have practised yoga with Yogamaya for several years in group and one on one classes. She is very knowledgeable, and I have found her to be a warm hearted and empathetic teacher. I enjoy her style of yoga, which gives equal weight to the mental, physical and spiritual sides of the practice. I found the lessons that I had learned from my yoga practice especially valuable when I broke my leg in a motorcycle accident. I was able to enter a state of mindful detachment after the accident which helped me to deal with the traumatic event. My recovery would not have been as swift were it not for the tailored yoga classes that Yogamaya provided me with in the aftermath of the injury. With her help I was able to achieve Vrksasana within six weeks of the accident!

Lola has trained me in various aspects of yoga. I find her very knowledgeable on the subject. Each session was specifically developed for strengthening my physique and improving my flexibility. Yoga sessions with Lola freshened me up and prepared me for a hard day's work. Her attention to detail during the yoga session is unmatched. I felt a strong sense of calm upon her arrival, and every moment throughout my session was met with peace and tranquillity. It was a great experience!

I had one on one sessions and group sessions with Lola. She is highly knowledgeable and well versed in all aspects of yoga from pranayama, mantras to the asanas and everything in between. Each session was developed for what was showing up each day. Lola is responsive to the students needs and adapted the session accordingly. It was always fresh and in depth, and I learned a lot about yoga and myself in each session. Lola empowers you with knowledge and holds space for the beautiful learning that happens in yoga.
