 I offer personalized therapeutic sessions to support physical, energetic, and emotional wellbeing. These sessions are intended for those who have specific challenges, impairments, or conditions and who wish to experience gentle, healing practices tailored to their body and needs.

I combine techniques that I have practiced for over 20 years, including:

  • Shiatsu, a Japanese pressure-point therapy that balances energy and relieves tension.
  • Thai Massage & Medicinal Thai Massage, dynamic and therapeutic approaches using stretching, acupressure, and movement to restore mobility, flexibility, and energy flow.
  • Amma Energy Massage, gentle, heart-centered energy work for deep relaxation and alignment.
  • Reiki, hands-on energy healing to clear blockages and promote balance.
  • Reflexology, stimulating specific points to support the body’s natural healing.

I have practised yoga with Yogamaya for several years in group and one on one classes. She is very knowledgeable, and I have found her to be a warm hearted and empathetic teacher. I enjoy her style of yoga, which gives equal weight to the mental, physical and spiritual sides of the practice. I found the lessons that I had learned from my yoga practice especially valuable when I broke my leg in a motorcycle accident. I was able to enter a state of mindful detachment after the accident which helped me to deal with the traumatic event. My recovery would not have been as swift were it not for the tailored yoga classes that Yogamaya provided me with in the aftermath of the injury. With her help I was able to achieve Vrksasana within six weeks of the accident!
