My curriculum vitae

With over 30 years of dedicated practice in yoga, meditation, and holistic therapies, I have committed my life to promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. My journey began in 1995, exploring classical yoga, tantra, mantra, and meditation, and has evolved through continuous training in India, Thailand, Europe, and South America. My teaching blends yoga philosophy, therapeutic techniques, and personalized guidance, aiming to help students and clients connect deeply with themselves and enhance their overall wellness.

Professional Experience

Private Therapist & Yoga Instructor (2023–2025)
Provided daily and weekly sessions for a client with MS, including energy work, mobility support, personalized in-home therapy, and guidance for overall well-being.
Yoga Teacher & Studio Founder (2005–2021)
Managed and taught at my yoga studio in Goa, India, providing one-on-one sessions and group classes for diverse students.
Collaborated with wellness centres and retreats such as Anahata Retreat, Bhrama Yoga, and Devarya Wellness Centre.
Created online yoga content during the COVID-19 pandemic to support remote practice.
Therapeutic Experience (2003–Present)
Specializing in Shiatsu, Thai massage, foot reflexology, Reiki, and gem therapy.
Assisted clients with neurological conditions, musculoskeletal issues, cardiovascular and respiratory challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, and recovery from surgeries or transplants.
